I have been using another brand of toothpaste bits for several years. On a whim, I decided to give these a try. They are more expensive than my previous brand, but I have been converted! I love how clean my teeth feel after brushing. The foam is quite thick, but I like that it's not runny. The flavor is good. My mouth is less dry at night. Morning breath is not bad anymore. I like the texture of these better as well. They are softer and feel better on my teeth and gums. I tried a sample of the melatonin and will buy that next. I believe, after trying it three times, that it really works.

So I have gum disease and have had gum surgery, leaving my teeth extremely sensitive to hot/cold. I have used so many toothpastes for sensitive teeth with zero improvement. I was shocked at the results after using duo for about a week. I have almost ZERO sensitivity now. Honestly, I can hardly believe the difference. It was so dramatic I was shocked. I can't wait to go in for my next quarterly cleaning! The other thing I love is the super fresh mint flavor. I am a user for life, and I'm so grateful I found this product!
