I have tried melatonin tablets in the past to improv sleep. Meh! They didn’t really seem to help and then I would feel groggy in the morning. I brush nightly with Sleep and I’m sleeping very well. I’m very happy with this product. I use Immunity in the morning and I am going to keep some of the Energy around for those low points that come along. I was so happy to have the samples they sent with my first order. I’m convinced this is a great way to brush teeth.
