Not that it helps with sleep, but I like the flavor better than their other ones. They have helped with my sensitive teeth, so I am thankful.
They take some getting used to and my electric toothbrush tends to work them into an odd consistency. But I like using healthy ingredients with no waste from a tube.

I have tried 6 different types of toothpaste tablets and these are the best! They have the perfect amount of mint and the texture is good. There is not a terrible aftertaste like some others I have tried. I find the amount of foam to be satisfactory. If you are coming from regular toothpaste it can take a little getting used to because the foam is much less than traditional toothpaste. I ran out and had to use my husbands regular toothpaste. I hated it. It tasted so sweet and fake. I never want to be without my duo toothpaste tablets. I do wish they were a tad cheaper.
