Love the way my teeth feel after brushing smooth and very CLEAN, I think it actually leaves a coating on your teeth that prevents some foods from sticking. I've used the tablets for just 2 weeks so far. There does seem to be a reduced sensitivity to hot & cold, but as far as building back enamel on the teeth. Not sure yet, maybe I will know after a future dentist visit?
