I love duo so much! I switched a couple of years ago from toothpaste to tablets and duo is by far the best texture and taste I've tired. Also, they have the best ingredients. I'm picky about what goes in my toothpaste and with duo I know that my teeth are properly being cleaned but without toxic ingredients. I feel like I'll be a duo customer for life. I love the sleep version and the immunity as well.

I enjoy chewing on my tablet and not having to rinse afterwards because there’s benefits and not toxicity that I have to worry about. My husband was also impressed with the ingredients so that’s another plus:)

So far I love this toothpaste. I've used other tablet toothpastes before, but these really seem to break down and turn into a thick foam when I'm brushing, I can feel it coating and cleaning my teeth, and it has a nice clean mint taste. Still a little soon to see how well the nano hydroxyapatite (one of the first ingredients) performs, but so far this stuff is great.
