Do I need to swallow? How do Duo supplements work?

How does Duo help with sensitivity?

Why are toothpaste tablets better for the environment?
Duo toothpaste tablets come in glass bottles with aluminum caps that are completely recyclable and reusable, and refills are available in compostable refill pouches. Traditional toothpaste also generates significant water waste in its production in order to maintain a paste-like consistency.
Why doesn't Duo use SLS or other surfactants?
Most toothpastes include sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) to create the foam that we are all used to while brushing. SLS is what is used in soaps, detergents and shampoos for foaming and its antimicrobial properties. The problem it is that is harmful to your oral health: it dries out your mouth and causes irritation. Duo's foam is created using our proprietary, SLS-free formula to keep your mouth healthy and hydrated.

I switched over to duo when my previous tablet toothpaste changed their refill program. I was initially drawn to duo because of their low-waste, compostable packaging program. I love that when I receive my shipment, there isn’t any extra material, just what I ordered! The ingredients of duo toothpaste are another plus, and it has to be one of the shortest ingredients lists for chewable toothpastes! My only note is that it can sometimes be hard to get it to foam up and I have to wet my toothbrush two or three times first.

So far I have tried the Immunity, sleep and energy Duo tablets. I love how they foam up with brushing. I was skeptical to try these because of the flavor but have been pleasantly surprised by all. I really like the mint and sage. I have been using one of the other toothpaste tablets for over a year now and I liked those but am much happier with these. They are a little spendy but I do appreciate knowing what I am putting in my body.
